Oi who started this thread? It's now manky drizzle out there- the sort of stuff that gets everything really wet for no reason, I was gonna try a new route home tonight as well! It has an hour and a bit to buck it's ideas up!

Looked out this morning just after 7 and it was raining, 10 minutes later I was about to pick up the car keys when my son came in and said it was dry, had a quick change of plan and jumped on the bike, both commutes dry and very enjoyable.

Same here, surprisingly warm and the roads are still very quiet. Perhaps that's the only advantage of a Scottish commute... New Year seems to last for a week
