First day back

first day back from our hols, was looking forward to a ride and it's pissing down, did manage a couple of shortish ride while we were away though,
although cycling up and down the side of a mountain in 38 degrees is hard work, we did two 22 kilometres rides with no shade to hide in, never drunk so much water, some of the veiws were pretty good looking down to the coast, will post a couple of pics later.

It's rubbish coming home, isn't it. But it's great remembering. I've just come back from Aquataine, where, though not a cycle tour, I did some day rides, and it was blissful. Now back in the rain and the cold. Curse it.

Thgis is my first week back and later today I am going out to do a 100km Audax ride to celebrate being back in the UK.
