First metric century ... and then some!

Me, my shaky muscles and aching butt have collapsed on the sofa following a rather long Bank Holiday ride with the cycle group to Glastonbury and back: a fraction under 85 miles

The last 20 miles were a struggle and the last five were just painful but I did it!

I've had a lengthy soak in the bath and am just about to put my dinner on. Hungry doesn't begin to cover it
