God how busy is a bloody student ... FFS. My nephew couldn't get out of bed today at 9am to help his disabled nanna, so his mum had to go on her own. ARGH. Then my wife had to follw on her day off work. Feckin teenagers. (PS I had a job at this age)

Don't get me started. It's a bloody 5 minute task !

We try. We really do. :banghead:
We are currently having issues at home on a family matter which is taking up every moment of everyones lives. My stress levels are really high and ontop of that, I have plenty of college work to do already.
This week has been very hectic and I havent even been able to cycle as much as I normally do (last ride was Sunday).

As others have said, contact DVLA and try to find out if the change of ownership is in the system, but I feel you'll get nowhere with Ebay because the payment was outside of Paypal so you have no payment protection.

Thats not what I said. I said the exact opposite.

I meant that if I get another bike in the future, I will be keeping it so will be riding one again (LEGALLY). Do you honestly think I would do something which I now know is illegal again? And boast about it on here?
When I started this thread, and when I was riding, I didnt know it was illegal. Saying that I am ignorant to that fact is ludicrous. I have already said that I know I am in the wrong.

Bloody hell it is exhausting talking to people online. :heat:
Chin up lad. There's people that like to harangue endlessly. Even when the point has been made. Many times.

Just like every family. You should try being a parent :tired:- Ask your folks for a bit of help. It's hard, but at your age it really isn't.....

Matt, life is stressful, but stuff like this needs sorting. It won't go away, and unless you get this 'bike' legal it wont. Motorbikes have the same legal crap that cars do. The added difficulty is many riders SORN them over winter (bloody pussies) and they go through all this each year.

Blaming things on 'external issues' does not wash with the Government, FULL STOP. Please phone tomorrow !

Sometimes though a point has to be reinforced if the advice from those older and wiser is being ignored.

If that sound advice isn't acted on and the person concerned ends up in a world of hurt then they only have themselves to blame and no one on here wants that for young Matthew.
