But yes!! I too have recently gotten a road bike so am soaking in the joys of it! I do feel just a tad wobbly mind you but its my first time on thin tyres and on a bike that turns with you as soon as you give the bar a little knudge

There is a big difference isn't there! I found that, even on my Galaxy tourer on some sections of the Birmingham to Oxford route I was freewheeling past mountain bikes whose riders were having to pedal to maintain speed. Horses for Courses of course, but to me that said it all!

I'm in the same boat. Waiting for the roads to dry out to give my new bike a 1st run out.

Yep a530, fairly good but takes a little getting used to one side of each and the way to get them the right way around..
Its like a new sport!
