First Ride on new bike

hi all, it's been a tough last few weeks for me. In and out of Hospital plus recovery time, all with my new to me Cannondale parked up.
Well today I managed my first ride, 5 miles. I was tommied after I can tell you hahaha.
The bike is a dream, completely different to that Carrera I had, it's now my sons. Quick, responsive, and easy to ride. It fairly eats up the distance to.
It's only a short ride, but it's a good chunk to me. Hopefully it's a ride that sets me on the way to good health.

I've forgotten what you were in hospital for, but I am glad that you are on the mend now!

I missed riding my Cannondale when I was ill but really enjoy riding it now. (Mine is nearly 15 years old but still a great bike.)

Hi guys, well I did my 5 miler again today. I could feel a little difference as to yesterday, the legs felt a tad more tired than yesterday but my recovery time was much quicker. The bike was brilliant again.
Same again tomorrow?
