Well done sl. I felt close to death after my first five mile ride. It has got better.
BTW, I tried on a wetsuit in Cornwall six years ago. I had to be rescued by my daughter who eventually liberated me from the neoprene. I had stuck my legs in the arms and zipped it up.

I'm 43 and took up cycling last year. Small steps and keep at it. You will get quicker and stronger.
