First soup of the winter

I made my first one today. Parsnip is tha main flavour but I chucked in a couple of spuds, onion and swede amd mashed it up, as Jamie O would say.

Actually if you combined all the ingredients so far it would make a great soup.

I agree with that, a full thick vegetable soup is a complete meal that really fills the tummy to the limit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
