I tend to plan my dismounts. Going for a triple tuck and a twisting somersault next. Makes them look at you funny outside Asda though.

Hope you're ok and it hasn't put you off!
No hasn't put me off..no way. Can't wait to get back to it. Hips hace got steadily worse over the day and the muscles up my back and side have started griping so some ibuprofen and a hot bath for me.

I fitted the ice tyres on the old hack after you left, it's a strange ride but it will hopefully allow me a bit of reduced risk in icy conditions. As always, let me know if you want to try them.

To the OP, the horse may be bolted but you might want to consider something like the Marathon Winters which are a bit less extreme than the ice spikers. Marathon Winters can be used without a problem off road or on wer or dry Tarmac, as well as on ice.

Nice one those tyres looked pretty decent. First commute today and loved it :thumbsup: so much easier than the old MTB brakes worked like a dream and flawless gear changing so CHEERS ;) (you see what i did there) to King Fettler Norm :smile:
