First wii session

just had 1st wii fit + session real age is 48 and 11st 5lbs and 5ft 11 in , came in on wii at a bmi score 22.87 against 22 dead and an age of 69

I tend to just use the WII fit for weighing myself now, would prefer to be outside rather than using the WII.

Mind you, when I first started, my balance was over to the left, over the months of cycling it's now almost dead center.
