My fitbit blaze passed away so i got it replaced as it had one day of the 2 yr warranty left.
John lewis ,no prob.

So i paid £40 and got a new Versa.
Will it work ...no
Tried all the help things.

Anyone else had hrs and hrs of their life wasted with these.

Im sure my blaze took all of 5 mins.
Phone finds it...just keeps saying connecting, nothing else happens

You could take it back, but try contacting Fitbit online help first, they are very helpful

At least if you’ve got to take it back, John Lewis is a pleasant experience :okay:

I experienced a similar problem with my Withings Smart Watch until i realised i had to actually open the Withings App before the watch could connect.

But i expect you’re cleverer than me with these things so I’ll stop trying to teach you to suck eggs.

I solved my fitbit woes (the first version) by buying a Garmin watch. Gave upon the fitbit after less than a year, I'm still wearing the Garmin now 4 years later. It also had the bonus of telling the time
