Five days off the bike

due to a stinking cold. I don't know what was the worst, being off the bike or trying to get over the cold. Anyway a gentle 50Km today and I'm feeling much better already, cycling definitely is good for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very frustrating time all round isn't it Keith - I usually rush back and then regret it half way up the first decent hill.
