Not-too-early: Wake up
Immediately: Get up
Some time later: Breakfast
Soon after: Digestion time
Later: Think about bike ride - realise it's HOT

Once it's cool enough to cycle: Late Lunch
Followed by: Digestion time

Evening: Oh, No - no lights for the bike !

Time to pack up bike, head home to the
