Flip up seat post

A friend of mine has been searching for a flip up seat post for his E-bike to enable him to remove the battery without releasing the seat post clamp. I know they must be made because some bikes come with them.

I`ve had a quick look around Wiggle, Chain Reaction and SJS.

Any one seen one anywhere?
