Along with many other riders this was completed today.
Hardest thing I have done for a long long time, I was exhausted at the finish. Thanks to my riding partners Brian and Simon.
If it hadn't been an audax I wouldn't have ventured out, and that would have been a loss.
Roll on number 4, Goodbye Christmas Pud.

Getting up early when the weather is bad to go and brave it on the bike takes a lot more will power if its just you on a solo ride.

Theres a camaraderie to be experienced in sharing difficult conditions with others and persevering to a success.
