Bloody hell BM...It's bloody horrible isn't it.

I suffered a both nostrils blocked before I went to Bangkok It cleared while I was there probably due to the hot weather. Then the problem returned when I got back to England and irritated the hell out of me for weeks. Then I had the 8 days on in 9 when the flu, cold or whatever it was struck. It's cleared now but I haven't touched alcohol in well over two weeks and don't plan to touch any tonight or tommorow as im working New Years Day+Commute.

There I was thinking I was tough.What a mug.Get well soon Mikey.

I suppose it's going to be slightly worse than it might have been, as I rode my last century with a sore throat.

For all of us that missed it.BM rode over 100 miles the other day.

Dont do Flu

If you have Flu then you really will not be able to cycle or much else really.
If its a heavy cold, then I understand the common guidance is take a few days to recover and then get back out there.
There isnt any point in making it worse just for the sake of a few days.
Having said that I just get out there, so what do I know?
