I meant more and more people are being requested to go back into the office more frequently, therefore more chance of the germs spreading around.

You dont come down with flu. It knocks you to the floor very quickly. If you feel better with a lemsip, it's just a cold.

I read this year's flu is no worse than any other strain. The reported numbers in hospitals is also falling, so looks like the peak has hit and we are heading for less cases

Nonsense; people react to influenza infections in different ways. The severity can be mild, fatal or anywhere inbetween.

Ditto with covid; Boris struggled away in intensive care whilst my 105 yr old grandparent shook it off quite easily.
