This week just gets better,

Been suffering with the flu since last friday which is bad enough plus the fact that no weekend rides taken plus loss of earnings.

But now i've learned that my order with Rose bikes for my CX bike is delayed. Ordered on 9th feb and it was showing as in stock and given an original ETA of 17th March. Its now been moved to 7th April with NO explanation whatsoever!!!

Am I being unreasonable that a bike that was showing as in stock should not take 2 months from the date of ordering too arrive??

May just bite the bullet and cancel the bike and get the Planet X instead!!!
 
I've got a Rose ...very nice bike. I think I waited about 6 weeks for mine.

but were they upfront about delivery timescales and did they keep to it?

Suddenly changing the date and NOT even informing me has really irked me
 
they gave me estimated assembly date on the invoice and yes if this changed significantly I would expect them to inform me with a reason why.

Have you emailed or phoned them?
