Flying KLM w/ Bicycle

I'm looking to fly KLM with a Marin Pine Mountain (2017).
The bicycle box that KLM request is 176.5 x 23 x 101.5 cm.
Where might I purchase a box of these exact measurements? Apparently they only provide/sell them at Schiphol and no other airports?

Have you flown with their bicycle with KLM before? The requirements seem very difficult to adhere to. The size limitations are around the size of my bicycle, would I have to detach the wheels and tie wrap them to the frame? Is that permitted?

I can't seem to find a phone number to call them about this, there's just a robot on Whatsapp and an apparently overrun human team that doesn't respond within an hour.

The box my Sonder came in is 162 x 86 x 26 cm I haven't gotten around to dumping it yet. I would imagine any bike box would be around the same size. Just ask your LBS if you could have one, I'm sure they dump loads.

You have to take off the front wheel and handlebars but not the cables.

I have flown with them a couple of times before and going again next month. No issues but, and it is a big but, there sizing requirements are a joke which I have pointed out to them. Specifically the 23cm size.
Off the top of my head what I did was contact them through their Chat service and send them the actual dimensions of my case and the weight. I think they say 23 kgs but will accept 25 kgs. I wouldn't try much above that as I was queried at Toulouse on the way back once.
I get it confirmed through them and get it added to my booking notes. I also screenshot the Chat just in case of issues.
