I thought we cut a fine figure!

I don't remember you going Dell, but then again I don't remember me going either.

I remember working out that Teresa and I were separated at birth...

That comes back to me! There are still a few gaps though.

I have a memory of kissing a stubbly-chinned Teef but I'm in denial.

Well done Mice. Good to see both you and Andy upright.

Laughed out loud at that Adrian! Am delighted Arallsopp was able to be there.

Thank you Mr and Mrs Dellzeqq - for a great evening - great fun was had by all - as is evident by the pics here.

Also hope that everyone has spotted this post Rapha Womens Clothes Sale "One for the ladies*. *or for generous significant others. "Rapha will be doing a 24 hour 50% off all womens clothing offer starting at noon on Monday 28th. "

Thoroughly enjoyed last night - great fun indeed. As for Vague - absolutely brilliant Aperitif and Claudine. Sheer genius in fact. Hats off to both of you.

Hope to see you tomorrow on another thread...

Big thanks again

M

PS Thank you RichP - I think the pics link works now...

Was it good? :headshake: I got in yesterday afternoon and saw a bit of rugby on tinternet before finding my bed. No memory of anything, but reassuring that I can cross 'kissing' off my list of things to do - cheers Rich! The only thing I did in moderation on Friday was be sensible...sorry. :o)
It was all so sensible until The Dog and Duck, Soho intervened. Nice beer - and then five Frenchmen turned up. In a valliant attempt to prove Marc Lievremont wrong, my friend Gareth and I soignéed them with England's finest beer and repartie. For a change, they had come in from Geneva rather than my usual Paris contacts, and one of them worked for Audemars Piguet. He and one of his friends were sporting 'Royal Oak' watches - on sale at a shop near you for £12k. First time and probably the last that I'll touch such an expensive trinket. Once the Jamesons and the 'Proper Job' beer was finished, I left for Balham - an epic journey for an unsteady old geezer!
Hope you had a nice birthday Susie - I'll check out M's photos and see who was there!
