Hi Not specific for Bikes but we need some foam for the handle on our Phil and Ted Pram.

You can just see it sticking out - Officially £15 but would anyone know where to get foam to fit ?

Is that a pram-Burka?

Not sure, but maybe nick some off some street-level scaffolding?

Can you remove the handle to fit the foam round it? There is handlebar foam for drop bars, like this:

http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/grab-on-foam-maxi-handlebar-sleeves-for-drop-bars-black-prod422/

But that's even more money.

If you can get away with wrapping something round, how about cutting up old mousemats?

Or you can get flat foam of various thicknesses cut to size in some places that sell upholstery stuff. I guess you could stitch it round, or just use a few zipties at regular intervals...

Or bartape, with some mousemat strips under it for extra padding?

+1 for bar tape (and a cycle computer while you're at it ;))

Though there is stuff like this. Or ask at a builders merchant / look at pipe lagging stuff in B&Q etc.

Surely bar tape would be just as good and last longer?
