Folding bicycle survey

Hello, Im currently a third year student at Queen University Belfast studying Mechanical Engineering. Our project this year is to research, design and manufacture a folding bicycle. Below is the link to a small survey (8 questions) on folding bicycles, even if you do not own a folding bicycle we would appreciate a response as if you were looking to buy one.

As usual, I click the buttons on surveymonkey and nothing happens. Why can't they just use standard form elements?

Don't own one at present, but have in the past, so have done your survey.

One point - I'm sure you'd get a better response if you checked the spelling in your survey; astheically pleasing / astheically pleasing / Aesteically pleasing??!!
