That's only a single speed so would the 120 be a better bet I think so

Placed the order for one today. Collecting from the Edinburgh store on Saturday, as I will be in the area. Nearly £30 for delivery was a bit steep.

Picked up the bike this morning so this is little more that a first impressions.

It weighs ~13.4kg but that is quite balanced when folded so it doesn’t feel that heavy. Overall it has a short wheel base giving quite an upright riding position but it rides and handles well and doesn’t seem as twitchy as a Brompton. It doesn’t fold as compact as a Brompton but thats to be expected with the bigger wheels. The hinge to fold it in half is nice. It’s got a qr lever to initially release it then you need to lift a spring loaded pin to finish the job.

The single speed setup gives a 52 inch gear. It should be fine for my commute but I will see how it goes. I may end up putting a smaller sprocket on it.

It came with front and rear lights and a bell. The rear light is nice and bright and the bell adequate but I‘ll be swapping the front light for a better one that I already have. Neither pedal folds, so they still out, but I already have a folding set I got some time ago so will probably fit those.

The bike had been set up and ‘safety tested’ by the bike team in store. I can only guess that they were rejected by Halfords as the brakes weren’t put together right and I had to sort it out myself at home. Both brake levers only had about 2mm of travel before locking on as the noodles hadn’t been seated properly When that was corrected the levers then pulled all the way back to the bars before the brakes came on so I had to set the cable tension correctly on both. I photographed their mistakes and sent them a report so, hopefully, they learn from it.

Overall I’m happy with it so far and it seems to be good value for money.
