661-junior (our only offspring) arrived in the midst of the 1986 WC. Sadly, his appearance did not presage good fortunes for the England lads. A few nights earlier, I had been watching a certain Señor Maradona doing clever stuff with his hands. And wondering if I was going to miss the end of that match, if the labour came early! (perhaps it would have been better if I had).

I don't really follow the footie much, but let's put in a word for young AlecJr's arrival heralding a better outcome!

The good lady Wigs is due in May (ish) time which does write off a trip back to her motherland for the World cup! This will be our 4th.

And I shall be reversing the baby to bikes ratio with her later!
"If your aloud all these kids surely I should be aloud more bikes damn it woman!" Lets see how the pregnancy hormones handle that one!

I think the maintenance (especially in time) is higher on 4 kids than 4 bikes...

However I'm one of 4 so I think its OK, (but note I wasn't mad enough to copy my mum and stopped at 3 instead).
