hey guys quick question i normally cycle in to work on empty stomach (up at 5:30 out door at 6:20) cyle 15miles and then i have a box ( bowel + .5) of cocopops or sugar puffs and a forgoodness recovery shake to start the day 9/10 this fills me up untill lunch at either 12 or 1 but just seen these

And the porridge pots seem very good idea + shake anyone tried them or are there over priced hype?

They are ABSOLUTELY overpriced! £1.19 per serving? Although 5 for £4 in ASDA a 2KG bag of oats is £2.08

I know where my money goes (and does) I buy 10kg at a time :biggrin: kept in a huge food grade bucket with a measure so every portion is the same.

1 Kg bag porridge oats in Aldi: 75p!
Mix with seeds, nuts, dried fruit of your choice.
Add hot or cold milk, or yogurt, let stand for a couple of minutes, enjoy :hungry:
