    IMO lots of experienced cyclists could also benefit from reading it.

    yeah what the others say

    I've done serious miles and hours in London over the years but it was still a very good read, as much for ethos and spirit as anything

    lots of good tips and dos and don't too

    big up to cab for boring into submission
