Merlin (Raleigh) a basic model, dating 70s. Would like around £75. Frame is about 35" floor to top of frame or roughly 25.5 when measured correct way. Brooks saddle.

The other is a BSA Prima, which I have been told is a higher end road model, made from Reynolds 531 steel. Would like around £200 or sensible offers. It is hardly used and in great condition and is about a 32" frame from floor to top of frame, or 23 measures correctly. Brooks saddle.

Both have been stored in a bedroom in the house and are in great conditions.

If you are interested, please contact me. The bikes are in Rainham, Kent.

that BSA is amazing what a find anybody looking for a retro bike would be hard pressed to find better . OK its nothing exotic or erotic but it is very very nice an ideal ride for steady sunday club runs .

come on guys forget all those modern bikes and buy a decent British retro bike

That BSA is a thing of beauty. I will see what funds I have available at the end of the month, though I'd expect it to be sold by then.

If I was a giant I'd be all over that Merlin too!

What is the standover height of the BSA, ie floor to top of crossbar.
It may be a little big for me, but if it suits I'll probably have it.
