and I am one of the you lot theses days;)

Now I hate any indoor stuff (well not all:biggrin::laugh:), but with a few health issues, I have to be realistic and at this time of year I climb aboard the indoor steed. I can cope with 30mins steady cycling, 45mins if it's interval type stuff but anything longer!!!!!!!;)

So what to do to get around this? Music?, yes that's OK, but what I find works the best for me is a portable DVD/media player mounted over the bars:becool:

Reservoir Dogs was the last movie I watched on a long ride;)

What do others in the same boat do then?

Music or sometimes I turn it round so I can watch sport on TV in the far corner of the adjacent room. I can't see the score or hear the commentary or even tell who's playing and what sport it is.....;)

30 mins is my limit though.

I wish I could be back a few years, just throw some kit on and away:becool:, when I was running I tried a treadmill that we bought for my Mrs and that was even worse:ohmy:.

I was fine until I had a problem with one of my lungs apparently due to landing on my ribs when I fell off a roof, about 6 months previous:angry:.

But hey ho, I'm still here.....just at times:laugh:;)
