Formatted Micro SD - can it be unformatted to use in another device?

I hate Macs. Bought an air and sold it 3 months later for a windows laptop.

It's just not intuitive, like they claim they are - nor the iPhone, either!

Nor does it 'just work' - apart from that, brilliant!
