Interest free credit card? There will always be a deal on some bike or other, after all they bring out new models every year

Regarding this charge for the check, what happens if you refuse to pay, they ship the bike and there's an issue / it's unsafe? Surely the seller would be liable for selling something not fit for purpose. I don't know if T&Cs would stand up in court. All is speculation

Strangely Vickster the person who was strongly disagreeing on this 'charge' subjects posts have disappeared.
