Theres an article in cycling weekly 19th jan edition about Dan Pearson (national Junior Road Champion) he describes his favourite training route as basically our Baby Dragon Route.He didnt mention stopping at Red Lion though funnilly enough

sorry guys but i'm out - athroscopic surgery to my right knee on friday - full revovery in 6/8 weeks

defo later in the year - wanna do some long rides in groups as i solo ride mostly and it does get boring on times

Hopefully back cycling first week of april - 140 mile charity ride end of may - will need lots of training

Bumping this up to see if we can get anymore takers. At the moment the list of riders is 2 definites and a possible. Mr Lusardi (the Dragon Sportive organizer) charges 30 odd quid to ride the same roads and gets 4000 :-)

I am still interested but I will wait until we have a weather forecast before I risk the travel and accommodation expense. BTW, are there any cycle friendly hotels/B&Bs in Neath?
