Frame builders from Leicester or Leicestershire?

hi, looking for frame builders from Leicestershire.

So far i have found the following:

Barry Bond
Fred Atterbury
Sid Motram
Webster (I think they were made by Lee Cooper).

Any more? I'd love to learn more about the builders above.

Sid Mottram never made a frame his bikes were made by Holdsworth or Mercian just badged up with his name.

I know a keen cyclist from the Leicester area, whose Dad was really in to it too. He might know, but need to find out how to get in touch with him.

Lee Cooper was still making the odd frame in 2024 , you can find him on fb.
They used to be made at the back of a bike shop in Coventry until 2016 when the business went bust. He has continued to make frames since then, in between other jobs in his home workshop.
