frame geometry help

so i was looking at big bikes for tall people.....

i stumbled across de rosa...i looked at the king rs and it has a 71cm!!!!!!!! frame....

unless of course im reading it wrong....

Looks like a 58TT, It's a 71 because of the built in seat post.

None of the measurements are actually 71cm, so not sure how they got there? 58.5cm across the top
