Frame size question

I am thinking of RSI mountain bike frame it's a 19 inch frame.
Im 5'10 and 32 Inch leg
Is this frame to small, i currently have a Giant Roam large frame

Its difficult to say, though I think you're ok. I'm 34.5" inside leg and fit on most, but not all, 20" mtb frames. go to your local giant store and sit on one to be sure.
