It was woeful last year. All energy gels and I door trainers, with a strange lack of actual bike stuff. It earned much pith taking in the cycling media.

As I posted on the other cycling show thread, we went last year.

The speakers were generally very good & interesting, the exhibitors a mixed bunch. I wouldn't want to pay for it, but for the cost of a bit of petrol it was a reasonable day out. I ended up buying some prescription sports glasses having seen and tried them at at the show, so probably worth it for that alone. It could do with more bike porn to drool over, the Shand stuff was the highlight for that.
