I use this exclusively now (i.e. I've uninstalled Adobe PDF) although I'm not sure if it has the particular functionality you're after.

That being said, download it and give it a go anyway - I highly recommended it.

woth AutoCad/AutoDesk viewer you can also screendump on to an MS Office programme - it's darn quick and, in my experience, the quality is better than going via pdf

Primo pdf has some ability to do it. If you save two doccuments to the same filename then it offers you the choice to overwrite the original or append it to the back. No idea about 64-bit compatibility I'm afraid.

I've managed to download a 15 day trial of pdf combine, its a bit limited though (you can only append up to page 9 or append to the back); it will work if I restructure my documents (Text, App A Cover, App A Data, App B Cover, App B Data , etc) then combine. I found a much simpler (just as limited) program, Arduo, which is free but for some reason it rotated my pdfs. I'll check out Primo later it seems to have good reviews and has been downloaded by a lot of folk in a short space of time.
