Ideal for sticking on frame / mudguards etc. now that the early mornings are getting darker.

Victim blaming nobbers! How about focusing on the perpetrators of cycling injuries and giving away some free night vision eye tests for motorists, for example, instead of ugly pox spots for pretty bikes that probably don't make a damned bit of difference?
