I have to admit to not understanding quite a few of the posts on here ... but I do have a similar set up here .... techy husband with router, networks, remote logins ... I don't know what but all nice and complicated and then add in an eleven year old who has been known to tinker with settings
At which point I have a grumpy husband and a child keeping an extremely low profile. I know I can go to either for technical help and the eleven year old needs me to type in a password to do some of his illicit tinkering now (but then I do as he says and types it in as I don't know what he says he is doing actually is), I suspect it will be me getting a ban next!
