Regarding the 2 rows of tiny loose bearings inside an mtb freehub body.
Should there be a gap in any of the rows when assembling the bearings back?
I've added a few more to make each race full but think that might be a mistake.
Also i've used ratchet grease on the bearings instead of regular bearing grease as these bearings sit very close to the ratchet and paws etc, is that ok to do?

Usually leave a slight gap, if you can get another bearing in easily, then that's fine - no 'tight fits'. I assume ratchet grease is a lighter grease ? Should be fine.
