Eggscellent.

They will keep for ages in a fridge at temp 2-4 degrees. Or just have scrambled eggs (6 eggs - 2 or 3 yolks with 6 whites) and beans everyday for lunch for a few days, you'll soon shift them .......... and everyone else .

How eggs citing.

That's what I have done though.Stuck them in the fridge while I am away and I eggspect them to be fine when I get back.

Nigella freezes the whites at any rate, not whipped or anything. Either that or make some meringues now, and some egg yolk cookes now as well ;)

or perhaps a cake involving many eggs?

Nigella can whip my egg white if she wants to... ;)

Albumen thump the next person to make an egg yoke.

I'll admit to not knowing much about freezing eggs, though the idea of lightly combining the yolk and white together and freezing in bags is sensible. Years ago worked on a project for freezing pasteurised liquid egg into pea-sized frozen pellets/balls for catering purposes, just pour-out the amount you want.

Also whilst working with cryogenics (-196C liquid Nitrogen) the company I worked-for developed a way to freeze cracked-eggs... that's to say they looked just like they look when cooked in a frying pan but were in fact raw and frozen! Also worked on pasteurising whole shell eggs for extended shelf-life.
Did you know that egg white is the only natural alkaline food?
Apart from that I know nothing about eggs...

Recycling, I came across a plastic bottle that had apparently contained liquid eggwhite. The worrying thing was that it said "ready to drink". Ugh! I suppose it's a body building thing? But, bleagh!

Nasty, un-lecathin-man I can't see why you'd want a body building product?
For me, that sort of thing is all ova...
