Anyone got any advice on freezing [chicken] eggs? I bought 15 eggs on Saturday, which is what I normally do, but I go home next Monday so won't use them all. I couldn't work out how many eggs I wanted for this week so just went mad 
Anyone frozen them before? I reckon just crack them, whip them? Then just use them for omelettes/scrambled egg.
What are the eggs like after? Would I just be better taking them home and not being so tight?
