French 650b 1977

I am hoping somebody here knows something about French bikes and can tell me what this is...
The headbadge sticker says "Arc en Ciel" as do all the other graphics. It's 5-speed, 650b, has small curvy dropbars, guidonnet levers and braze-ons for the chainguard, wiring and cables. I cannot find anything regarding the framemaker or even a picture of another bike with the same graphics. Any ideas?

Someone has been asking the same question on a French forum - looks as if it was a Co-Op brand.

Thanks for that - it was interesting to read and seems to make sense given the puzzling mix of accessories and such. I mean, it's a thoughtfully made frame and has a quality derailleur, horrible brakes, horrible saddle, Alu-Dur chainguard, Michelin Semi-Comfort tires, Lyotard pedals and an integrated dynamo Soubitez lighting setup. It's a reflection of an Alex Singer Randonneur...
