i am doing 3 rideas per week of about 28 miles each. i go on sat morning, sunday morning and tuesday morning. i head off at 7 30 am. i want to maintain the small bit of weight loss and fitness i gained over the summer months. the only thing is that during the summer i went everyday, almost anyway. the problem is now is this is the schedule i will have to adhere to because of other commitments ( im a mature student, final year of architecture degree, and a husband with 3 children, 2,8 and 11 yrs). the issues is that my college course work is getting very heavy and i just dont have the time at the moment .

i was thinking of getting a turbo trainer, how effective are they, i do believe they are quite noisey , i also hope maybe to do some weight training. what would your advice be ?:boxing::wacko:
