You know, that new bike that seems beset with set up problems that makes you think it was the last one out before a bank holiday weekend and they all wanted to be away home.
My Brompton has proved less than its bombproof reputation so far, brakes fell to bits mid ride, the gear linkage came to bits, the chain unshipped mid ride and locked up in the tensioner & I've now got a snapped spoke. All within about 1000 miles of brand new.
I've never had such a catalogue of set up niggles on a new bike before.
