...where
t = actual council tax due
n = nominal council tax before solar adjustment
h = hours of sunshine

Well my experience of Jockland today was a damp one. I felt some moisture in the air as I was walking Bertie. Then I was strimming the bramble jungle of a hillside at back daughters new house it started p!ssing down. Willie the builder said the forecast said it would only be a shower. So when it stopped daughter and my self went to trim some of the trees that growing over the garage roof only for it to start persisting again. As I couldn’t get any wetter I just carried on until the roof was branch free.
Now having had a shower, a brew and some toast I’m finally warm again and Mrs W wants to move up here😱

Council tax areas where they have disproportionate sun will subsidise the ones that have less.
I like the idea of Kensington and Chelsea or Windsor or Margate* subsidising us, don't you?
