Unusually for a Friday I was up at stupid o'clock and am now in the office as someone decided to have their leaving drinks on a Friday, how selfish of them. Anyway, there are more empty seats in here than at the Etihad Stadium and there is some halloween themed free food and drink being supplied later on, so it's not all bad. Onwards to delegation and tax mitigation...

Speaking of freedom of movement, I think I'm completely out of the food poisoning woods now after a drug free, pain free and bathroom free night.

Outstanding sunrise this morning although shepherds might be confused by this and the Met office forecast for the day.

Might do a bit of a garden tidy up.... we'll see. Definitely coffee, likely scones too.

Morning Workers and Shirkers. Day of busy-ness at home. Titifying bits of work i rushed when putting the house on the market as buyers surveyor is due in 10 days. Fingers crossed its OK. Cooking tea in the slow cooker for a change so no distractions. Dropped OH at work and its dry and not windy for a change. Must remember to check bike over im using for tomorrow's club ride. Anyway coffee first.
