Morning all. Currently loading car to go south for long weekend with the Son's. Young Oxo's birthday today so treating him to jet skiing and other adrenaline packed things. Here's hoping the M5 is playing nicely today. Woke to lovely sunrise and due to be a scorcher again today.

Chilled start as the wife is away in the van with the dogs, so gentle run rather than walking hounds.

Mist has lifted, was really dense and humid this morning about 0430 when I eased the internal liquid contents a bit. Going to be a warm one. No hedge trimming sort of action today, I felt so knacked last night, had to hydrate or similar myself copiously. So I shall potter around gently. Busy eh?

Up and sort of showered as the bathroom in the gite where we are staying in built for people of a very small stature. Also it’s not far removed from an open plan one as the wall are some sort of wicker screens you can see through, grandson Cameron is somewhat perturbed. Mrs W is very alarmed as she can’t find a kettle, me myself I’m fine as there’s a coffee machine.
Not sure what later is, I would like to go for ride but we might be kettle buying.

Had blood removal number three today, now sat at my wooden topped place of crust earning awaiting the turn of day so I can get TFO.
The good news is that I painted the downstairs loo before I left so that can be finished off this afternoon and the utility area won't be a sh17 pit anymore.
Pah to riding tomorrow as I've got to walk the pup before it gets too hot (see other thread for sensible info...) but have a pass for sunday instead!
I'm also hoping my mate will ope his back yard pub later!
