I'm rather partial to a cocktail or 3. A few of my faves are

Negroni - equal parts Tanqueray No. 10 gin, Martini Rosso & Campari

Rusty Nail - equal parts whisky & drambuie poured over ice.

Godfather - equal parts whisky & amaretto poured over ice

A classic martini - Belverdere vodka & Noilly Prat vermouth
