Yesterday's ride home was a bit sweaty but surviable. Put in a decent showing at the work static cycling challenge, all in a good cause.

A mate has just bought a 911 so he's dropping by to go for a quick blast, followed by a spot of sim racing before it gets too hot. Later on is undecided but may involve cold cider.

Joined the local running club this morning with a chap that won one of the spine races this year - so it wasn’t an easy run.

Very warm here. Decided to put a new on my bike after cleaning it, bit of a struggle as non of my chain tools fitted to 12 speed chain. Managed it in the end but ordered a new chain tool for next time. I would have liked to ride but it’s seems too hot.

Afternoon all, survived the heat riding back from the peak district, set out early but the bloody sun caught up with me. Had to keep finding shade to shelter under it was that hot.
