suing someone without insurance isn't easy, most lawyers won;t touch it because it's hard to recover money when you win, possible but hard, how do you make people pay?

if you don;t run red and zebras, I struggle to see you can ever be liable for hitting a ped, I've made contact with about three in the last month and near missed more, Fenchurch Street mostly

and of course smashed into one last year, trashed my front wheel and ****ed my left shoulder, still not right, he got up and walked way leaving me on my back in the road, bless him

I got delayed this morning on two counts this morning.

1. Did my first ever 25 TT last night & it hurts this morning

2. I came down the canal towpath today. Got held up by geese (protecting their goslings) & couldn't get past

 Were they armed with pistols and clad in facemasks?

Top tip for making geese back away if you are wearing a zip jacket - open it and hold the sides out like large wings, they think you are a much bigger bird and soon back off. Strange that works because they used to crowd and peck the car while going up the drive, but open your coat and say goodbye

Cracking the flags here - moderate chance of thunderstorms (so packed the lights). Took it easy just now from another site, but as soon as I'd got cleaned up, work clothes on, I started pouring with sweat - just had the fan on me to cool down...talk about delayed sweatting......I shouldn't have taken it easy....

+1 for BC/CTC insurance, you never know.....
